Payment Conditions: La Scala Opera Packages

CONDITIONS:

Bookings:

Requests for individual packages can be made every day by e-mail messages or filling the booking form.

Please note that we're an agency and we sell the Scala tickets only in complete packages with hotel stay.

The rates are per person in double room and are valid for minimum 2 paying guests in double room.

The confirmation of the price is subject to availability and to travel date. Applicable vat and/or taxes may be subject to modification without prior warning due to possible changes in government regulations. Rates will be revised accordingly.

Services included in the package rate: 2 overnights in hotel double room on B&B basis, 1 first category ticket for La Scala, delivery of the opera tickets, travel documents by e-mail.

Single supplement and extra night: on request.

We only confirm the ticket category but not the reservation of a certain place.

Payments:

  • Advanced prepayment is required upon confirmation. After confirmation the deposit paid will not be refunded.
  • Payment of 50% deposit at reservation confirmation.
  • Payment of 50% settlement one month prior of clients arrival.
  • Payment can be done by bank transfer or credit card.
  • The rates do include:
    • ticket for a performance at the Scala Opera House, hotel accomodation (b&b)
    • Vat, taxes, services, travel agent commission
    • Extras in the deluxe package: private guided city tour, dinner, cocktail with finger food, welcome drink.
  • The price does not include: Milan city tax to be paid at hotel reception at check-out -
    • in 3 star hotel 4 euro per person per night
    • in 4 star hotel 5 euro per person per night
    • in 5 star hotel 5 euro per person per night
  • In case of theatre strike Made in Uvet will not be responsible for the cancellation of the event and will refund only the official rate of the ticket.

Cancellation penalties

  • 50% for cancellations transmitted at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% for cancellations transmitted less than 30 days before arrival date.
