Day 1: Arrival
- Arrival at Catania Fontanarossa Airport
- Pick up car
- Check in and Dinner in hotel, room with sea view
Day 2: ORTIGIA & SIRACUSA
- Buffet breakfast in hotel.
- Departure to Ortigia.
A day to visit one of the most beautiful destinations artistic, cultural and environmental Sicily, Ortigia will visit the beautiful historical and archaeological remains, in particular the Archaeological Park of Neapolis, we will enter into the catacombs of St. John to take a walk through the narrow streets of the old features of Ortigia at the sight of the imposing fortress of Maniace, during a break maybe we can stop to enjoy a good meal into a fragrance of its small and cozy "trattorias" typical.
- The tour continues with a visit to the beautiful basilica of Saint Lucia in Siracusa where it is exposed in the wonderful painting by Caravaggio and then off to the sea with a small tour of the coast of La Maddalena circumnavigandone boat in the defensive bastions of the peninsula.
Day 3: Excursion to the Volcano Etna by Jeep

- Meeting at the hotel with guide and driver.
The expert tour guide provides a wealth of information. You will learn about geology, Etna’s unique vegetation and wildlife, as well as the rich history of Sicily and Etna’s past eruptions. Mount Etna is one place everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime!
Full-day excursion includes:
- Breath-taking scenes while going up the East and North side of Mount Etna to visit sites such as the lava flow of 1971/79 eruption.
- Various stops on the way up that will allow you to drink in the wondrous views and enjoy the volcano to the fullest extent. Exploring the most interesting geological area of Mount Etna: Caldera Bove Valley where the last lava flows of 2013, 2014 and 2015 (May) have been going down;
- Trekking around some of the most beautiful Etna's lateral Craters , the highest point during the excursion:1900/2050 meters above sea level (approx. 7,000 feet) to see this lateral side eruption;
- A stop by a Mount Etna’s refuge/restaurant (lunch included, very good Sicilian cooking)
Day 4 Breakfast at the hotel ant time at leisure

- Enjoy the hotel and the sea and: RELAX
Day 5: Excursion to Savoca, Taormina & Castelmola
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Driving with your car to Savoca
Visit the beauties of these three famous towns in Sicily, starting from "The Godfather" scenery!
- First stop : The first town of the day will be Savoca, a characteristic medieval town.
- You will visit one of the fascinating catacombs of the Cappuccini Convent which hosts the mummified bodies of monks and nobles from Savoca.
The bar Vitelli is the highlight of the tour: become famous in the scenes of the film The Godfather, here you can taste a delicious Sicilian granita and look at the photos taken during the shooting of the film.
- Second stop: The second town will be the majestic Taormina.
You can here visit the Greek Theatre (ticket is not included in the price), one of the major Ancient sites in Sicily, which offers a unique panoramic view of the sea and Mount Etna. Walking along Corso Umberto, you can visit the Cathedral and enjoy the stunning view of Capo Taormina bay.
- Third stop : Next stop will be in Castelmola, a characteristic medieval suburb suspended between the sky and the sea.
From Castelmola you will enjoy a fantastic view of Etna on one side and the Ionian sea on the other . You can also visit the "Bar Turrisi", a very typical bar for a good coffee.
Day 6 ROMANTIC DINNER ON BOAT AT SUNSET

- In the afternoon boat excursion
- Intimate gourmet aperitivo with finger food or gourmet dinner on a motor boat. Greet you with a glass of prosecco with authentic Sicilian dishes for events on board the boat.
Day 7: Visit vineyard with tasting & lunch
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Climb 700 m and enjoy the precious wines of Etna overlooking the fascinating coast of Taormina and Eastern Sicily.
You will be taken around the vineyards, the winery and their ancient cellar. The vineyards estate fan out in a large amphitheater at an altitude of between 650 and 700m above sea level.
The distinctive mountain climate, the specific orientation and the neighbouring oak and chestnut tree forests, creates not only a beautiful environment but also a unique terroir. During your tour, you’ll discover how the natural magic of Etna combines with the perseverance and passion of man to create wines that are a full and genuine expression of their territory. You’ll taste a selection of five wines to accompany a super 4-course lunch.
